How can I create an account on MOM?
To create an account and become a member of MOM, click on the "Connect" link located at the top right of the site and click on the "Create" button. Once the form is entered, you will receive an email confirming the creation of your account.

How can I share products with other people?
You can share products by clicking on the “Share” link on the Detail of the Products. It is possible to share on social networks like Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest or LinkedIn. You can also send products by email.

The sale on MOM is open to the 27 countries of the European Union.

What are the means of payment available on MOM?
"You can pay your orders by bank card or with a deduction. For orders which must be paid for shipping, payment will take place when the product is shipped by the brand. Your payment method selected when placing the Commmand will be automatically debited once the order has been shipped. For orders paid via our Delayed Payment Provider Hokodo, payment will take place on the date indicated during the order. For more information, see our section on deferred payment."

How long will I have to wait for approval?
Most of the time, Hokodo can approve your business for payment terms in less than a second. Occasionally, when a manual review is required, it can take longer.
Privacy
Can I unsubscribe from certain newsletters?
If you do not wish to receive all our newsletters, you can go to the messaging settings section of your profile. Here you can activate or deactivate the option by email campaign. All types of emails are activated by default. Just select the button to activate or deactivate a specific email type."
