The exception of the Aubusson tapestry is linked to the community of resources present in the territory and to the interaction of all this know-how.

Since the establishment of the weaving tradition in Aubusson-Felletin, the region has concentrated a pool of textile art/woven art actors, united by the Aubusson tapestry, who meet, exchange, adjust to each other, experiment... The "wonderful" that we grant to the works woven in Aubusson is the fruit of this permanent collaboration between the different links in the sector: production, washing and wool preparation, spinning, dyeing, weaving workshops, up to restoration...
