The new KINTSUGI collection combines the antique Japanese art with the typical Italian block printing techniques. “Kintsugi” literally means " to repair with gold", and its the ancient Japanese practice of repairing ceramic objects with gold, using the precious metal to weld together the broken fragments. The technique allows you to obtain unique objects: each repaired piece presents in fact a different interweaving of unrepeatable golden lines. The practice is born from the idea that imperfections and wounds can give birth to a new form, even more precious because of its uniqueness.
