Guangdong steel stoves and wok are specially heat treated, without any form of coating such as PTFE. The oil is absorbed gently and makes cooking easier. These products are optimized thanks to a high temperature treatment, which prevents the appearance of rust and gives them lifelong protection. This pan is compatible with gas, electric, ceramic and induction stoves. 3 sizes: Guangdong Wok S (YH9913): Ø300 - 303x90 mm/Guangdong Wok M (YH9914): Ø330 - 332x95 mm/Beijing Wok L (YH9915): Ø360 - 360x100 mm.
