Product description
This series of sculptural vases, were created during the Covid 19 lockdown, the series is entitled 'Colorful Confinement'. The vases are all hand built with stained porcelain, then high fired between 1230* and 1280* depending upon the desired deformation desired. The high firings provoke and control the deformation and provide a maximum transparency. I began this series during my residency at Franz Collection in Jingdezhen China in 2019. My desire is to continue the series and venture out to new forms and sizes. Each piece is unique.Product specifications
