Enveloping and generous, a stole to dress all seasons.Wild silk called Eri, coming from Erinda, the Hindi name for the castor tree that feeds on its butterfly.The cocoon is naturally open for the metamorphosis of the caterpillar.Silk is therefore harvested non-violently, without killing the chrysalis, and is thus used by many Buddhist monks. Very high quality craftsmanship combines the work of breeders, women who spin silk and artisans who are handloom weavers in the extreme north-east of India.Product specifications
