Our daily actions shape our future. Choices—coffee or tea, right or left, fight or surrender. Some are routine, others life-altering. Some bring relief, while others are unbearably difficult, forcing us to choose the least bad option. Such moments shake us, throw us off balance, but we can't avoid them—not choosing is still a choice. The key is to accept our decisions, stop imagining "What if?", and be kind to ourselves.
