Approximate Size: 10cm Approximate Weight: 25-30g Diameter: 3.5cm Purifies, calms and relaxes. Juniper was a plant appreciated by the ancient Greeks and Romans. The latter used cade oil, obtained by heating juniper wood: it was used to wash the dead. In Antiquity and the Middle Ages, juniper was used as a panacea, its fumigations were reputed to be disinfectant (notably used in the streets to combat epidemics of plague and cholera) and »juniper wine« had diuretic properties.
