The Thiers table knives from Claude Dozorme are entirely made in France in its century-old workshops. Their blades are made of very high-end X50CrMoV15 steel, which gives them excellent cutting performance and very easy re-sharpening. This knife model has a more contemporary and less overused line than the Laguiole. These knives are delivered in wooden boxes in packs of 2, 6, 8 or 12. There are a multitude of variations for this product (wood, horn, acrylic). Here they are available in olive wood and acrylic in sets of 6.
