This cheese knife is 100% made in France, in the workshops of Claude Dozorme cutlery, in an artisanal and traditional way. This knife has a base at the end of the handle allowing it to be placed without the blade being in contact with the table, for better hygiene or to make beautiful presentations of cheese boards. The handle is available in olive wood or dwarf birch. The stainless and extremely sharp blade is made of X50CrMoV15 steel. Its very pointed tip makes it easier to serve hard cheeses.
