This Laguiole-shaped meat knife is entirely made in an artisanal and traditional way in the workshops of Claude Dozorme cutlery. These knives exist with olive wood or exotic wood handles. The very high-end stainless steel containing carbon, chrome, molybdenum and vanadium used to manufacture the blades will allow excellent cutting performance and easy manual resharpening. The knives are here available in packs of 6, either in olive wood handles (select wood) or exotic wood handles (select rosewood)
