These Laguiole traditional and timeless table knives are entirely made in our workshops in France. The blade is made of very high end X50CrMoV15 steel. This steel gives the blade excellent sharpness and allows easy re-sharpening. The traditional bee is present on the solid stainless steel bolster that gives weight to the knife. The spring on these table knives is chiselled. The handles are made from noble and 100% natural materials: ebony wood, vallernia, ram or buffalo horn, deer antler.
