Originally, this oversized hand was a plaster work by an unknown artist of the 19th century. Before making the final edition in bronze, artists often made plaster models that were numbered and signed. This one was found in the cellar of a foundry without any clue as to its creator. However, it still offers us this unknown artist's talent.
